1st Snow of the Season

This was our first snow day of the season. the kids didn't have to go to school so we played outside.

New Years Eve

We had a super fun New Years Eve party with about 20 of our closest friends.

We also celebrated my 30th birthday since we were already together.

This is the awesome dessert I made. It is called a croquembrouche. It's a French dessert made out of puff pastries.

Keeton's Girl Scout Investiture

Keeton is a Daisey Scout now. She is in a friend's troop that just started up. She is loving every minute of it. This was their Investiture ceremony where they got their Daisey pins. We are going to go to the girl scout camp together in March. We are both excited!

Christmas Morning 2010

We had a wonderful Christmas at home this year. We did get to see family though. We traveled to Oklahoma the week before to spend time with my family and Grandma and Grandpa Hendren came down and spent Christmas with us.

Every time we saw Santa Keeton asked for the same thing. GoGo My Walking Pup.

She was very excited about her karaoke machine though. I think it has gotten the most play too.

Of course Carter's favorite was his laptop.

ICE at the Gaylord Texan

I have been wanting to go to this event for the past 5 years and finally got to go. This is ICE at the Gaylord Texan Resort. It was really cool. And I mean that. They keep it between 12 and 19 degrees in there.

Annual Gingerbread house

This will be our last year to make one gingerbread house for the family. Next year we will have to make 2. Keeton and Carter can no longer agree on how to decorate.
